Email address guide

You can use the same email address for dashboard access, Combivend contact and customer support. The dashboard sign-in email must be a Gmail address; the other email fields can use any valid address.

Contact name Dashboard sign-in email (Gmail only) Used to sign in to your seller dashboard with Google. You can reuse this address in the contact and support fields.

Combivend contact email Used by Combivend for your application, onboarding and account messages. This can be the same as your dashboard or support email and does not need to be Gmail. VAT number (optional) Only enter this if VAT applies. You can leave it blank and add it later in the client portal.

Customer support email (optional) Shown to customers for product, collection and refund queries. Leave blank to use your Combivend contact email, or reuse either email entered above. Seller type Requested payout currency

Individual seller scope

Individual UK seller accounts can use Combivend product storefronts. Extended checkout is not included on this account type.

Notes for review

I confirm I am applying in my own name and agree to the Combivend Individual Seller Agreement v2026-08-16-individual and the Privacy Notice v2026-08-16.

What happens next

We review the seller details, confirm fit and payment setup, then approve the application into a live seller account.

Application acceptance is recorded with timestamp, IP address, browser details, and the exact legal-version hash accepted.
Your seller agreement becomes operational when Combivend approves and activates the account.
The dashboard login email must be a Gmail address. Contact and support emails can be different.
Seller dashboards and storefronts are currently provisioned in English only.
Individual applications do not ask for a home address, date of birth, or National Insurance number.
Material changes to fees or legal terms can be re-presented later for renewed acceptance.
